Another shoot-em-up from Meyer. Good story, but I think he writes so quickly that he forgets his story line. A yacht is not an aircraft, and once berthed stern in, shouldn't be stern out to suite the story. Other such examples abound, but for the money still a good read.Product details

Very poorly written. Didn't even get past first 10 chapters. Will not read anymore of this series. Poor character development
But I was wrong. I enjoyed this book a lot and will be reading more of the Jack Taylor series.
What a great storyteller. Eric has a talent for character building. I enjoyed the exploits and look forward to the next episode.
But, the care which the electronic publisher takes with his work really does Erik a grave disservice. Typos, wrong words, different words that are close in spelling. All the things that an automatic spell check or grammar program will never catch.
Mr. Publisher, you need a proof reader! I volunteer!
This book is a fun, fast ride. It's a bit silly and unrealistic but so what - it's fun to read with plenty of action. It might be a bit violent for young teen readers but otherwise I would recommend, particularly if you are looking for a traveling book.
Eric Meyer has created a great cast of characters in the Boston Black Ops thrillers. I just finished the second one and I really hope there will be more adventures with Jack, Wes and the rest of the gang. An exciting book from start to finish.
